Direct support for all cloud services for the dedicated cloud platform with 30+ affliate IT industry Managed Service Providers and many of their clients (100+ companies with 1,500+ users).
Work together with the backend infrastructure service team to configure and support companies who want to move their existing services (or start new services) in the cloud. This includes the deployment of virtual machines within VMWare using templates, configuring VM networks, and monitoring VM resource usage, etc.
Configure all infrastructure in the back end portal. This includes configuring cloud storage, networking, configuring and publishing cloud-based applications, configuring cloud based printers, configuring auditing and reporting, and configuring virtual machines in the web portal. Also assist with creation of customized resources in the cloud.
Maintain company infrastructure of Microsoft Servers that reside on VMWare hosts. This includes maintaining the Active Directory user base, DNS, DHCP, ensuring Group Policy is implemented to industry best practices, IIS, LDAP, and many more technologies.
Maintain users and companies through the backend portal and manage Citrix XenApp and Citrix policies that are integrated into the Windows Domain. This includes maintaining and troubleshooting the interconnectivity of the datacenter cloud platform, Citrix, and Active Directory/Group Policy. Designed Citrix policy to work in tandem with Group Policy to achieve synergy between the two, allowing greater control of the XenApp infrastructure.
